Proximity Search Setting
This setting allows you to specify the default number of characters to search between search terms.
Example
Property: Proximity Search
Value: 50
To create the proximity search setting
- Navigate to Search Administration > Advanced Settings.
- From the Setting Properties menu, select New Record.
A new row appears in the Setting Properties list.
- Click in the Name column of the new row, and from the drop-down list, select Proximity Search.
- Click in the Value column of the new row, and in the text box, enter a value to represent the number of characters, and then step off the record to save it.
