Configuring Multiple CORBA Object Managers for Better Performance

For optimal performance register multiple Siebel CORBA Object Managers for load-balancing and redundancy. CORBA provides flexibility in terms of deploying multiple redundant servants for specific interfaces. The best deployment strategy will depend on your specific needs and the capabilities of your chosen third-party CORBA software. Please refer to Registering Multiple Object Managers for Better Performance if you are planning to have multiple Object Managers.

NOTE:  You need to use the Naming Service if you are planning on registering multiple CORBA OMs with the same ORB.
