Installing the Siebel Web Server Extension

Before you configure your database server, you must uninstall the previous version of Siebel Web Server Extension, and install the Release 7.5 Siebel Web Server Extension onto one Siebel Server.

The Siebel Web Server Extension (SWSE) files should be installed on the same machine as the Web server. The installation program sets up the Siebel directory structures, copies required files and components to the target disk, and configures the host environment.
