Usage Scenario for Siebel Wireless Banking and Brokerage


This scenario gives detailed instructions for tasks your customer might commonly perform with Siebel Wireless Banking and Brokerage:

NOTE:  The commands required to link and submit changes may vary slightly from browser to browser for these scenarios.

This scenario is based on a customer who is registered for online banking and has existing accounts and transactions with the financial institution.

To review account balances and transactions

  1. From the Main Menu, select Accounts.
  2. The Accounts list appears.

  3. Select an Account link.
  4. The Account balance information appears.

  5. Scroll down to Transactions and select Transactions.
  6. The Transactions view appears.

  7. Scroll down to see the transaction details.

To review application status

  1. From the Main Menu, select Applications.
  2. The Applications view appears.

  3. Scroll down to view the application details.
  4. To see additional applications, select More.

To transfer funds from one account to another

  1. From the Main Menu, select Funds Transfer.
  2. The Funds Transfer Menu appears.

  3. Select New Transfer.
  4. Select the Account to Transfer From.
  5. Select the Account to Transfer To.
  6. Enter Amount to Transfer.
  7. Select OK.
  8. The Confirm page appears.

  9. Scroll down to review your transfer request.
  10. To modify the transaction, select any of the From, To, or Amount fields.
  11. Select Submit to enter your Funds Transfer request.
  12. The Submission page appears with a reference number.

To create a new bill payment

  1. From the Main Menu, select Pay Bills.
  2. The Pay Bills menu appears.

  3. Select New Payment.
  4. The Payee menu appears.

  5. Select a Payee.
  6. The From Account page appears.

  7. Select the account from which you want to make the payment.
  8. Enter the amount of the payment.
  9. The Due Date view appears with the current date.

  10. Enter the date of the payment and select the OK soft key.
  11. Select Submit.
  12. The Confirm page appears.

  13. Scroll down to review your payment request.
  14. To modify the payment, select any of the Payee, From Account, Amount, or Due Date fields.
  15. Select Submit to enter your Bill Pay request.
  16. The Submission page appears with a reference number.

To review a scheduled bill payment

  1. From the Main Menu, select Pay Bills.
  2. The Pay Bills menu appears.

  3. Select the Scheduled link.
  4. The Scheduled view appears.

  5. Select a scheduled payment.
  6. The Payment detail page appears.

  7. Select the Back soft key to view other payments.
