Editing an Auction

If no bids have been made on an open auction, you can edit the auction. If bids have been made on an open auction, however, you can only make changes to the Auction Name, Description, and Closing Date fields.

To edit an auction item

  1. Navigate to the Catalog Administration screen.
  2. Click the hyperlink for the catalog that contains the auction you want to edit.

    3. The Categories list appears.

  3. Select the category that contains the auction you want to edit.
  4. Click the Auctions tab.
  5. Click the hyperlink for the auction you want to edit.

    6. The Auction screen appears.

  6. Click Edit.

    7. The Select Category screen appears.

  7. Edit auction information as needed.
