Outbid Notification

If a user bids and the bid is not higher than previous bids and AutoBids for an auction, or if a user bids and pushes another user off the winners list for an auction, the losing bidder receives an outbid notification by email or wireless, according to the user's preference selections.

The email notice contains the auction item number, the auction name, the item description, the current bid amount, the quantity bid, and a URL link to the auction site. The wireless notice contains the message "You have been outbid."
