Recovering a Lost Password

If you no longer remember your password, you can use a temporary password until you recover your password.

To recover a forgotten password

  1. From the Auctions screen, click Login.

    2. The User Log In screen appears.

  2. Click the Forgot Your Password? hyperlink.

    3. The User Information screen appears.

  3. Complete the fields on the User Information screen and click Submit.

    4. The Challenge Question screen appears.

  4. Type the answer to your challenge question and click Submit.

    5. A confirmation screen appears that displays your temporary password.

  5. Click Continue.

    6. NOTE:  You will need to click Log In and use the new password in the Log In screen.
