Reviewing or Contributing to a Workflow

The workflow features of Content Server can be used with Site Studio Contributor to enable contributors to review and approve the content of your Web site.

As a participant in a workflow, for the most part, you follow the same steps that you would as a participant in a workflow in Content Server outside of Site Studio Contributor.

• Step 1: Receiving the E-Mail Message

• Step 2: Opening the Web Page

• Step 3: Selecting a Workflow Option

• Step 4: Editing the Web Page

• Step 5: Approving or Rejecting the Web Page
