A Modifying Configuration Settings

Many configuration tasks can be accomplished using the interface provided and described in Chapter 4, "Customizing the Software". This appendix describes other configuration options that can be performed by altering configuration files.

Caution: Do not alter portions of the configuration file that are not documented here. Altering the wrong portion can have unforeseen consequences.

It is strongly recommended that you use the WSS Config Editor to edit any configuration parameters for the system.
