Selecting Indexing Settings

Follow these steps to change default settings that affect how batches are indexed.

1. In the Client screen, click Settings.

   The Settings Screen is displayed.

2. In the Font Size for Index Fields field, select the size at which you want characters in index fields displayed.

3. To display the Review/Index screen immediately after a batch is scanned or imported, check Auto Review/Index batch after scanning. (This screen is always automatically displayed for profiles set for scanning and immediately indexing.)

4. Click Save.
