There are two approaches to searching for a business via the registry; simple and standard.
Click the Search tab at the top of the console.
In the Simple Query box that loads, in the text field labeled Business name either type the complete name of the business you seek, or a portion of it followed by the "%" wildcard.
Click the Find business button to the right.
In the record set that is returned, under the name field click on the link that matches the business you sought. The view for that business will be loaded.
Under the main Search tab, click the Businesses link.
Click the Add Name button in the Search panel.
Type in the business name, such as IT from the pre-installed demo data. Then click the Find tab at the bottom right corner.
To see all businesses, type the wildcard % and click Find.
The search result will appear on the Results panel. Click on the link with the business name, this opens the Business View page.
Note: Permissions and Visibility - If you are unable to find the desired business, one likely reason may be that you do not belong to the security group permitted to view its records.
