Setting the JVM Options

You must set the JVM options for running the Customer Service Representative application on IBM WebSphere.

This task is a step in Process of Configuring the IBM WebSphere Application Server for the Customer Service Representative Application.

To set the JVM options

1. Select Servers, Application servers, server1, Java and Process Management, Process Definition, and Java Virtual Machine.
2. In the Classpath properties, enter the full path to the EDX_HOME/config directory, such as:

   /export/home/qa1/ebilling601/config

3. In Generic JVM arguments properties, enter the following values, where EDX_HOME is the Oracle Self-Service E-Billing installation directory:

   -Dedx.home=EDX_HOME

   -Dlog4j.configuration=file:EDX_HOME/config/log4j_csr.xml
