Supported Deployment Modes by Application Type


Table 4 lists the supported deployment modes for different applications or groups of applications. The word Yes indicates support.

Employee applications (high interactivity) are optimized for a screen resolution of 1024 by 768. Customer and partner applications (standard interactivity) are optimized for a screen resolution of 800 by 600, unless otherwise stated.

NOTE:  Siebel Microsite Management and Group News are employee applications, but they run in standard-interactivity mode by default. They are optimized for a screen resolution of 1024 by 768. Users who are deploying these applications in standard-interactivity mode must follow the requirements in Requirements for Web Client-Customer Applications (Standard-Interactivity Mode).
