SupportWeb allows you to download guides individually (PDF) or download an entire Oracle Bookshelf at once.
Downloading the Oracle Bookshelf
You can install the Oracle Bookshelf on a client computer for local access or on a server for multiuser network access, as permitted under the applicable Oracle software license agreement.
You can download a PDF version of the Oracle Bookshelf. The downloaded files are provided as a compressed (.zip) file (VerProdPDF.zip). The downloaded file extracts into a root folder named OracleBookshelf.
To download and launch this version of the bookshelf
- In this SupportWeb window, in the left pane, click Product Documentation, then click the Siebel Bookshelf link.
- At the Siebel Bookshelf page, click the link for this version of the bookshelf, save the compressed file, and extract it.
- Navigate to the OracleBookshelf folder, then open homepage.pdf to launch this bookshelf.

Downloading Individual PDF Guides
You can download the PDF version of an individual guide directly from the HTML version of a guide.
To download individual guides
- Open the HTML version of the guide in your Web browser.
- Click the PDF link in the top banner area of the topic page.
- If the PDF file appears in Acrobat Reader within a Web browser window, save the PDF by clicking the Save button on the Acrobat Reader toolbar.
