Installing Resonate for the Siebel Web Engine

After the Siebel Servers and SWE are installed, you install the load balancing software.

To install Resonate Dispatch Manager for the SWE

  1. Install the Resonate software on the same machine as the SWE.

    NOTE:  Before or after installing Resonate, change the machine IP address to a static IP address.

  2. Connect to Resonate Dispatch Manager.
  3. Click on Site Setup.
  4. Make sure the Scheduling Policy is set to Resource-based.
