Testing the Action Links

After you have created Action Links, test them using the following procedure.

To test the two types of Action Link

  1. Log in using your system login. Go to Service Analytics screen > Employee Analytics > To Do List.
  2. Click the Action Link on the pie chart in Overdue Activities.

    You should be in Overdue Activities Detail in Analytics.

  3. Now click any ROW_ID Action Link.

    You should be in the Employee screen in Siebel Call Center.
