The Back-End Database for Analytics Scheduler

Siebel Analytics Scheduler uses a single commercial back-end database to store pertinent information about a job, its instances, and its parameters.

The Scheduler service cannot start if it cannot access the back end database. Make sure this database is configured and operational.
