Create the Presentation Layer of the Disconnected Repository

To create the disconnected Presentation layer, administrators should use the same names as in the network-based Siebel Analytics repository. Typically, the names would be the same because you used the network-based Siebel Analytics Presentation layer to create the disconnected Physical layer.
