Blocking Requests in Siebel Answers
Administrators may want to block specific requests, such as requiring users to include certain columns with others, or requiring filters when certain columns are requested. Siebel Answers includes an API that you can use to block queries based on the criteria specified in the user's request, or based on formulas in the request.
