Interface to be implemented by beans that need to react when dynamic configuration
has been set and the containing EPN is activated.
Activation is the last thing that happens during EPN creation.
ActivatableBean is invoked after InitializingBean

- Invoked by the EPN container after it has set all of the dynamic configuration.
This method allows the bean instance to perform initialization only
possible when all dynamic bean properties have been set and the EPN has been wired.
It also allows beans to throw an exception in the event of misconfiguration.
