Uninstalling Oracle WebCenter Content Service for Windows Files
To remove Oracle WebCenter Content Service for Windows Files from your remote server, use the Windows Add/Remove Programs utility. The uninstaller removes the application files that were installed.
After restarting your computer, go through the following checklist to ensure that Oracle WebCenter Content Service for Windows Files was uninstalled correctly:
If you did not use IIS's default Web site for Oracle WebCenter Content Service for Windows Files, and if there are no other Oracle WebCenter web services installed on the Web site you created, make sure the Web site was deleted in IIS.
In IIS, make sure the ntcws virtual directory was deleted.
Make sure the ptntcws\10.3\Webapp\ntcws subfolder in your installation directory is empty. You can safely delete this directory.
