Editing an Approval Request Message

When you have saved a request it will be added to the Unsubmitted Approval Requests lists. Edit an entry in this list as follows:

  1. Click on the Tools tab.

  2. Click on the Unsubmitted Approval Requests link. This loads the Unsubmitted Approval Requests page.

  3. Under the Action column click the Edit Icon ( ). This loads the Edit Approval Request page.

  4. You can modify the name or the description. You can also remove a message by clicking on the Delete Icon ( )

    If you want to reverse the requested action, use the drop down list box in the Action column to toggle between request promotion or demotion.

  5. Once all changes have been made, click the Save Request button. You will be returned to the Unsubmitted Request List.

Adding Entities to a Request - Additional entities can be added to a request through the List of <Type> pages under the Catalog tab.
