Installation Prerequisites

Before you install the AquaLogic Interaction Development Kit (IDK), complete the following steps:

  1. Read the product release notes for information on compatibility issues, known problems, and workarounds that might affect how you proceed with your deployment.
  2. Provision host computers and configure software dependencies for your deployment. For details, see the Supported Configurations that follow.

 


Supported Configurations

The following table summarizes the supported configurations for AquaLogic Interaction Development Kit (IDK). For the most current platform support information, refer to the Interoperability Matrix in the ALUI Product Center.

Note: To support .NET IDK APIs that use binary upload or download (for example, Remote.Prc.Collaboration.Document.IDocumentManager.InsertNewDocument), you must install WSE 2.0sp3 (http://msdn.microsoft.com/webservices/webservices/building/wse/).
