The Items tab displays the items that are returned in your results after you perform a search on the Search page. (To view the people in your search results, click the People tab.)
Note: You must select the Show results in Enhanced Mode option on the Pathways Preferences page to view the Items tab in Enhanced Mode.

You must have the Add Tags capability to apply tags. Launch the Pathways - <name of item> dialog box, which lets you apply tags to and remove tags from the item. You can only remove tags that you have applied. |
Add |
You must have the Add Favorites and Contacts capability to add favorites. Add the item to your Favorites list. Tip: To view all of your Favorites, choose the Favorites & Contacts view, then perform a search with a blank search query. Note: Favorites are unrelated to tags. Adding items to your Favorites list has no impact on the tags that are applied to those items. |
Remove |
Remove the item from your Favorites list. |
