Using the Toolbar Buttons

The C++ Expert GUI displays a series of icons under the menu on the Main Window to allow you to quickly access frequently used options. All of the toolbar buttons have menu bar equivalents.

Table 2-4 Toolbar Buttons

Button	Label	Function
	Logon	Allows you to connect to the Contract Repository. (Displayed when you are not currently logged on.)
	Logoff	Disconnects you from the Contract Repository. (Displayed when you are currently logged on.)
	Refresh	Reloads data from the Contract Repository to the local tree view.
	Gen Files	Generates Framework Classes and make files for the selected module(s).
	Gen FML	Generates an FML field table file for the selected repository.
	Validate	Determines if the selected module(s) are in agreement with the objects in the Contract Repository.
	Settings	Opens the Settings window.
	Help	Causes the online, HTML-based C++ Expert help to be displayed.
