Modify Page Properties

The Page Properties tab allows you to select a new layout and new theme for a page. A layout controls the position of the components page, and the theme changes the look and feel of the components of a portal without affecting the portal itself.

To modify page properties:

1. In the Portal Resource tree, select a page.

   Note: If you don't see the right page in the Portal Resource tree, make sure you have selected the right Web Application. To change to a different Web application, select a new one in the Portal Web Application pull-down menu above the Portal Resource tree.

2. Select the Page Properties tab in the Editor pane if not already selected.
3. Use the dropdown menus to modify the layout and theme,
4. Click Save Changes.
5. To verify your changes in a browser, right click on the associated desktop in the Portal Resource tree, and click View Desktop.
