Scoped Roles-->General

Use this tab to define a name for a scoped role.

Roles refer to a set of users who all have the same permissions to access resources. They define a condition under which access is granted. Roles can be granted to individual users or to groups. For more efficient management, BEA recommends granting roles to groups rather than to individual users.
