BEA Workshop for WebLogic 10.0 can be dowloaded here.
If you already have Workshop for WebLogic version 9.2, version 10.0 is not available through the Eclipse update site. You must download and install version 10.0 either as a stand-alone Eclipse installation or as a plugin to an existing Eclipse installation.

If you install Workshop for WebLogic 10.0 as a plugin, you should not install it into the same directory as a pre-existing Workshop Studio installation.
