Oracle's Siebel Anywhere allows Siebel administrators to distribute software updates to Siebel clients and Siebel Servers. NOTE: This guide assumes that you have installed Siebel Innovation Pack 2013. This innovation pack is provided for Siebel CRM version 8.1.1.11 and version 8.2.2.4 (Siebel Fix Pack releases). Added new topics. As of Siebel CRM versions 8.1.1.6 and 8.2.2 (for Microsoft Windows server deployments) or versions 8.1.1.7 and 8.2.2.1 (for UNIX server deployments), you can use Siebel Client Executables components to distribute Siebel Fix Pack releases and associated Siebel language packs, as was possible before Siebel CRM version 8.1.1. Some of the usage details have changed, due to client installer changes introduced in Siebel CRM version 8.1.1. You can also use a new component, Siebel Quick Fix, to distribute Siebel Quick Fix releases. |
