If they are interested in a vehicle, they can drill down on it in the list to see more details about it. When the automobile company posts the vehicle on the Dealer Portal, it is visible initially only to the dealer who received it. If that dealer declines to buy the vehicle or if that dealer does not act within three days after it is posted, then the vehicle becomes available to all the dealers in the same territory as this dealer.
