Using Literal Values in a Multilingual Environment

A literal value is language dependent. A literal value in a dynamic drop-down list might contain content that a user creates at run-time. A workflow process cannot interpret these values in a predictable way. A workflow process that references a literal value is language dependent and cannot run in a multilingual environment.
