Viewing Groups of Predefined Workflow Policies

You can view groups of predefined workflow policies. In this example, you view groups of predefined workflow policies for messaging.

To view groups of predefined workflow policies

1. In the Siebel client, navigate to the Administration-Business Process screen, and then the Policy Groups view.
2. In the Name column, choose Siebel Messaging.

   Siebel CRM displays the messaging policies in the Policies list.
