Monitoring Clinical Subject Status Accruals by Visit Type

The Subject Status Analysis feature in the Charts view provides a graphical representation of subject status accruals by visit type. The charts can be displayed by protocol, region, or site, and can be displayed in a variety of pie chart and bar chart formats.

To monitor clinical subject status accruals by visit type

1. Navigate to the Protocols, Regions, or Site Management screen.
2. In the list, select the record for which you want to create the charts.
3. Select the Charts tab.

   The Charts view displays.

4. From the first drop-down menu, select Subject Status Analysis.
5. From the second drop-down menu, select Subject Accruals.
6. From the third drop-down menu, select the time frame.
7. From the fourth drop-down menu, select the display type, such as bar chart or pie chart. The following options are available:
   • 2dBar
   • 2dStackedBar
   • 2dHorizBar
   • 2dPie
   • 3dBar
   • 3dStackedBar
   • 3dHorizBar
   • 3dPie
8. Click Go.
