Configuring Parameters to Pass from the Chat Request Page


Use the following procedure to configure the parameters to pass from the chat request page.

To configure parameters to pass from the chat request page

  1. Add or remove the parameters on the customer chat request page, then configure the parameter extensions for Siebel Chat in Oracle Contact On Demand.

  2. Add or remove the process property, input argument, or output argument as required in the default workflow for Siebel Chat.
