Process of Configuring the Siebel Chat Interface

To configure the Siebel Chat interface, perform the following tasks:

1. Create a chat.css stylesheet containing the appropriate default parameter definitions for the chat interface.

2. Modify the chat.css stylesheet to get the required look and feel for the Siebel Chat interface.

3. Customize the chat interface as required.
