Showing and Hiding the Siebel Chat Dashboard

Use the following procedure to hide the chat dashboard in the chat pane.

To hide the chat dashboard

  • Click the Hide Dashboard button or rectangle window control located in the upper right-hand corner of the chat pane.

After you have minimized the chat dashboard, use the following procedure to show the chat dashboard again.

To show the chat dashboard

  • Click the Show Dashboard button or rectangle window control located in the upper right-hand corner of the chat pane.
