Displaying Contact Details

You can display contact details by using the Contact list.

To display contact details

1. Tap Contacts on the application banner to display the Contacts list.
2. Tap a record in the Contacts list.

   All details for the selected contact are displayed in the work area. The contact details include the information shown in the following table.

   Item	Description
   Menu button	The following options are available when you tap the Menu button: About Record, Record Count, and Create Bookmark. For more information about using the Menu button, see Menu Button.
   New button	Use this button to create a new contact. For more information, see Adding or Updating Contacts.
   Edit button	Use this button to edit the contact details. For more information, see Adding or Updating Contacts
   Contact Information	Includes information about the contact, such as the contact name, phone number, and email.
   Related lists	The following related lists are available for contacts: Addresses. Shows the address information for the contact. If required, tap Addresses to add a new contact address. For more information, see Adding or Updating Addresses for a Contact. Best Times. Shows the best time to call on the contact. This information enables you to track when a contact is available at a given location. If required, tap Best Time to add a new contact best time.
