Adding or Updating Distribution Products for an Account


Complete the following procedure to add or update distribution products for an account.

To add or update distribution products for an account

  1. Tap Accounts on the application banner to display the Accounts list.
  2. Tap an account in the list.

    All details for the selected account are displayed in the work area.

  3. Update a product for distribution as follows:
    1. Tap Product Distribution in the work area, and then tap the product that you want to update.

      You can filter the records displayed in the product list as follows:

      • Tap Product, then choose one of the following options to filter the product list: Account Code, Dist. Code, Active, or Product.
      • Tap the Search bar, enter a search string, and then tap Go.
    2. Tap Edit, update the product information as required, and then tap Save when finished.
  4. Add a new product for distribution for the account as follows:
    1. Tap Product Distribution in the work area, then the plus (+) icon.
    2. Enter the information for the new product on the page that opens.
    3. Tap Save when finished.
