Adding or Updating Calls for an Account
Complete the following procedure to add or update calls for an account. To add or update calls for an account
- Tap Accounts on the application banner to display the Accounts list.
- Tap an account in the list.
All details for the selected account are displayed in the work area.
- Update an existing account call as follows:
- Tap Calls in the work area, and then tap the call that you want to update.
- Tap Edit, and update the call information as required.
- Tap Save when finished.
- Create a new account call as follows:
- Tap Calls in the work area, then the plus (+) icon.
- Enter the information for the new call on the page that opens.
- Tap Save when finished.
