Starting a Call


To start a call, complete the following procedure.

To start a call

  1. Tap Calls on the application banner to display the Calls list.
  2. Tap the record in the Calls list that you want to execute.

    All details for the selected call record are displayed in the work area. Review the details of the call, such as, planned duration.

  3. Tap Start in the work area.
  4. Tap Call Items in the work area, and review the assigned activities.
  5. Review all related information for the call and update the related information as required.
