Displaying Route Details


You can display and review route details by using the Routes list. The route details indicate the sales representative locations and which accounts a sales representative is scheduled to visit.

To display route details

  1. Tap Routes on the application banner to display the Routes list.
  2. Tap a route in the list.

    All details for the selected route are displayed in the work area. The route details include the information shown in the following table.

    Menu button

    The following options are available when you tap the Menu button: About Record, Record Count, and Create Bookmark. For more information about using the Menu button, see Menu Button.

    New button

    Not applicable.

    Edit button

    Not applicable.

    Order Information

    Includes information about the route, such as the route name, start day, sales person, and whether or not the route is active.

    Related lists

    Each order can be linked to multiple route accounts. For more information, see Adding or Updating Route Account Information for Routes.
