Adding or Updating Route Account Information for Routes


Complete the following procedure to add or update route account information for a route.

To add or update route account information for a route

  1. Tap Routes on the application banner to display the Routes list.
  2. Tap a record in the Routes list.

    All details for the selected route are displayed in the work area.

  3. Update existing route account information as follows:
    1. Tap Route Accounts in the work area, and then tap the account record that you want to update.

      You can filter the records displayed in the account list as follows:

      • Tap Account, then choose one of the following options to filter the list: Call Time, Call Duration, Last Call, Address, or Account.
      • Tap the Search bar, enter a search string, and then tap Go.
    2. Tap Edit, and update the information as required.
    3. Tap Save when finished.
  4. Add new route account information as follows:
    1. Tap Route Accounts in the work area, then the plus (+) icon.
    2. Enter the information for the new account on the page that opens.
    3. Tap Save when finished.
