Adding or Updating Product Line Items for Return Orders
Complete the following procedure to add or update product line items for a return order. To add or update product line items for a return order
- Tap Returns on the application banner to display the Return Order list.
- Tap a record in the Return Order list.
All details for the selected return order record are displayed in the work area.
- Update an existing product line item as follows:
- Tap the line item's field, and update accordingly.
You can edit the following fields: Product, Qty, List Price, or Disc percent (%).
You can filter the records displayed in the line item list as follows:
- Tap Product, then choose one of the following options to filter the list: Qty, Disc percent (%), or Product.
- Tap the Search bar, enter a search string, and then tap Go.
- Add a new product line item for the return order as follows:
- Tap the plus (+) icon in the Line Item list.
- Enter the information for the new line item on the page that opens.
- Tap Save when finished.
