Adding or Updating Calls


To add a new call or update existing call information, complete the following procedure.

To add or update a call

  1. Tap Calls on the application banner to display the Calls list.
  2. Update the existing call information as follows:
    1. Tap a record in the Calls list.

      All details for the selected call are displayed in the work area.

    2. Tap Edit, update the information as required, and then tap Save when finished.
  3. Add a new call as follows:
    1. Tap the plus (+) icon in the work area.
    2. Enter the details for the new call on the page that opens, then tap Save.
