Displaying Call Details


You can manage customer calls from the Call details page. You can display call details by using the Calls list.

To display call details

  1. Tap call on the application banner to display the Calls list.
  2. Tap a record in the Calls list.

    All details for the selected activity are displayed in the work area. The call details include the information shown in the following table.

    Menu button

    The following options are available when you tap the Menu button: About Record, Record Count, and Create Bookmark. For more information about using the Menu button, see Menu Button.

    New button

    Use this button to create a new call. For more information, see Adding or Updating Calls.

    Edit button

    Use this button to edit the call details. For more information, see Adding or Updating Calls.

    Call Information

    Includes information about the call, such as the account name, address, time, and description.
