Creating or Updating Calls for an Account
Complete the following procedure to create or update calls for an account. To create or update calls for an account
- Tap Accounts on the application banner to display the Accounts list.
- Tap an account in the list.
All account details for the selected contact are displayed in the work area.
- Update an existing account call as follows:
- Tap Calls in the work area, then the call that you want to update.
- Tap Edit in the work area, update the information as required, and then tap Save when finished.
- Create a new account call as follows:
- Tap Calls in the work area, then the plus (+) icon.
- Enter the information for the new account call on the page that opens, as shown in the following table.

Account |
The account associated with this call. |
Address |
This field is populated with the account's primary address information when you select the Account for the call. To select a different address, tap the address field, and select a record from the pick applet. |
Start Date |
The call start date and time. This field is required if you are creating a new account call. |
Call Duration |
The duration of the call. |
Comments |
Enter any comments, as required. |
Call Type |
The type of call. Select an option from the Call Type drop-down list. |
- Tap Save to save the call.
