Reviewing or Changing Affiliation Information for an Account


You can review and change the affiliated contact information for an account. You can also specify the contact's primary specialty and whether the contact is a direct contact for the account.

To review or change the affiliation information for an account

  1. Tap Accounts on the application banner to display the Accounts list.
  2. Tap an account in the list.

    All account details for the selected account are displayed in the work area.

  3. To review or change the affiliated contact information for the account, tap Affiliations.
  4. Tap Edit to edit an existing affiliated contact or tap the plus (+) icon to add a new affiliated contact, as follows:
    1. Tap the Lookup icon next to Last Name to specify the contact.

      After you select the contact, the First Name and Email fields automatically display the contact first name and email address.

    2. Tap Start Date to change the start date as required.
    3. Enter the primary specialty for the contact in the Primary Speciality field.
    4. Select the Direct check box as required.
      • If the Direct check box is selected, then the profile data for that person is routed to all members of the team associated with the affiliated account.
      • If the Direct check box is not selected, then the profile data is routed only to members of the team assigned to the person.
    5. Tap Save.
