Checking the Calls for Today

Using the date in the Calls list, you can check the appointments for today's date.

To check the appointments for today

1. Tap Calls on the application banner.

   The Calls list shows all appointments for today's date by default.

2. If required, navigate to a different date by doing one of the following:
   • Use the right and left arrow in the Calls list header to navigate to a future or previous date.
   • Tap the date in the Calls list header, select the date that you want from the calendar that opens, and then tap Set.

     The Calls list returns all appointments for the specified date.

3. Filter the information displayed in the Calls list as follows:
   1. Tap Name, then choose one of the following options to filter the calls list: Address, Status, Type, or Start Date.
   2. Tap the Search bar, enter a search string, and then tap Go.
4. Tap the Pin icon in the header bar of the Calls list to open a mini Google map below the Calls list with pins that point to the location of all calls that are planned for today's date.
