Displaying Location Details

Global Positioning System (GPS) is integrated with Siebel Mobile applications so that when you tap the Pin icon, a map window opens showing the location details. The Pin icon must be configured in Siebel Tools. The Pin icon is available for address fields that have been completed and also on the header bar for calls (or activities) in the calls (or activities) list view. You must have location services enabled on your mobile device to be able to use the Pin icon with Siebel Mobile applications. If the functionality for location services is not enabled on your mobile device, then the Pin icon is disabled.
