Displaying Location Details Using the Pin Icon in the Calls List Header Bar

The following procedure shows you how to display the location details for all calls in the Calls list by using the Pin icon in the Calls list header bar, but the procedure is the same when using the Pin icon in other list views.

To display the location details using the pin icon in the Calls list header bar

1. Tap Calls on the application banner to display the Calls list for today's date.
2. In the Calls list, tap the Pin icon in the header bar.
3. If prompted, select Allow to enable Siebel Mobile to use the location of your mobile device.

   A mini Google map opens at the bottom of the Calls list with pins pointing to the locations of all the calls in the Calls list. Note the following:

   • The blue pin indicates the location of current user device (or browser).
   • The red pins indicate the locations of all the calls that are displayed in the Calls list.
   • Tapping any pin displays the account address information.
4. In the mini Google map, tap the New (plus) icon to open the location details in a new window from where you can, for example, obtain driving directions from your current location to the call location as shown in Displaying Location Details Using the Address Field Pin Icon
5. Tap X to close the mini Google map.

NOTE:  Your Siebel Mobile application does not come with a license for Google Maps APIs. If you want to customize Google maps functionality using Google Maps APIs, then you must purchase a license. For more information about using Google maps, go to https://support.google.com/maps/?hl=en.
